No sir, he is not personally known to me but I read his books & articles on newspaper. So I thought this notable person should have an Wikipedia article. I have been collecting data and sources since long about him. I request your gracious-self please to edit if there is any necessity and oblige. This article has been deleted twice through AFD discussions. If you just place a new article in main space, it is likely to be tagged for CSD G4 deletion. The only way I know of to possibly overcome an AFD "Delete" decision is to create a well-written draft article and submit it to Articles for Creation for review. They will take into consideration past AFD discussions and see if the new draft has overcome problems that caused previous versions of the article to be deleted. If it has, they will approve it and move it to main space and it is less likely to be tagged for speedy deletion. Thank you. Liz ^{Read! Talk!} 21:10, 10 June 2023 (UTC)

and I'll follow up with my colleague's note, it does not appear that the factors around his work and career have changed.
