International people on stamps

For an example, what if US person appears on Australian stamp. Should I mark this somehow? Where I should place my note in the "List of people on stamps of the US" or in the "List of people on stamps of the Australia" ?

It's based on the country of the stamp. List of people on stamps of the United States is about United States postage stamps, and List of people on stamps of Australia is about Australian postage stamps. An American person appearing on an Australian stamp should be listed in the article List of people on stamps of Australia. Please let me know if there are any more questions.
