File source problem with File:Protector crew.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:Protector crew.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 11:22, 19 November 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Rcbutcher (talk) 11:22, 19 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for adding the source information. regards, Rod. Rcbutcher (talk) 03:38, 28 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

NowCommons: File:Vic Hotel 2008.jpg edit

File:Vic Hotel 2008.jpg is now available on Wikimedia Commons as Commons:File:Vic Hotel 2008.jpg. This is a repository of free media that can be used on all Wikimedia wikis. The image will be deleted from Wikipedia, but this doesn't mean it can't be used anymore. NT template edit

No worries mate just give me acouple of days, ill do it when i have the chance. where abouts do you want each coloud? like orcha behind the name with black writing or white writing?. --Dan027 (talk) 11:29, 15 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Just created the template for you its over at Template:Northern Territory roster, i have it linking up to an uncreated page by the name of Northern Territory Buffalo's. When you go to edit the template it will look quite abit different in the coding at to the one you sent me, you have to edit it direct from the template page as there is no direct link from the template as it appears on pages (cant remember how to do that after a long day haha). Just drop me a line if you need any other help with the page, the Template:ABL infobox might need some modifications to meet what you are doing. --Dan027 (talk) 11:36, 17 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

DYK for SS Ellengowan edit

On February 20, 2010, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article SS Ellengowan, which you created or substantially expanded. You are welcome to check how many hits your article got while on the front page (here's how, quick check ) and add it to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. You are now a Reviewer edit

Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, is currently undergoing a two-month trial scheduled to end 15 August 2010.

Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under pending changes. Pending changes is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:OldReviewedPages.

When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.

If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. Courcelles (talk) 17:56, 19 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

You added a Worldlingo reference to Obi strip. The page is a mirror of our own page. Another source you added was Music Brainz, a wiki, which is not a reliable source. I am a Wikipedian, who is studying the phenomenon on Wikipedia. I need your help to conduct my research on about understanding "Motivation of Wikipedia contributors." I would like to invite you to Main Study. Please give me your valuable time, which estimates about 20 minutes. I chose you as a English Wikipedia user who made edits recently through the RecentChange page. Refer to the first page in the online survey form for more information on the study and me.cooldenny (talk) 02:02, 24 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hi Spy007au. I appreciate for completing the survey two weeks ago. I would like to return your favor with a reward of an online gift card with no condition. Please leave your email address in the final version of survey of my project. In addition, you can get chance to win $50 worth of gift card. It takes only 10 minutes to complete the final version because it contains only 35 questions. If you have Wikipedia friends, please introduce this survey to them. Thank you so much. cooldenny (talk) 13:58, 5 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Watkins edit

As you'll see I manged to track down the Mention. There seems to be a bit of confusion over his rank. The Gazette entry lists him as warrant officer (not a commissioned rank), CWGC has him as pilot officer (lowest commissioned rank), and teh Cenotaph entry seems to follow this. You, presumably base on the 156 Squadron site have him as Flying Officer. Some mention of this probably ought to be made. David Underdown (talk) 07:07, 16 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
