The reason left by Drmies was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: Enough time and effort has been spent on this: the person is not notable, and the editor seems not capable of making a real effort. In that sense, this is also contrary to our purpose, since we are supposed to write neutral articles on notable topics, verified by reference to reliable secondary sources. This meets none of those criteria.

You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.
