Orphaned non-free media (File:London Film Academy Logo 1.jpg)

Thanks for uploading File:London Film Academy Logo 1.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. I then blanked the sandbox (to save checking backlinks after renaming categories, etc) as it seemed that you were no longer working on that version. But this left behind a redirect from the user page to the sandbox, which was very confusing when I tried to look at their user page, Fayenatic london!. To explain: I made a better version of the logo from their website (PNG format, including transparency) and got someone elso to upload and replace it for me.

This is still non-free, of course. There was a mention of "kind permission" to use the logo from ETA themselves in the old version, which I transferred into the new one's description. Was that from you? If yes, would you please document this with a few more words (perhaps a date and a name of the company representative in question) in the file description?
