  Hello, I'm Zackmann08. Thank you for your recent contributions to Roman Zaslavsky. I noticed that when you added the image to the infobox, you added it as a thumbnail. In the future, please do not use thumbnails when adding images to an infobox (see WP:INFOBOXIMAGE). What does this mean? Well in the infobox, when you specify the image you wish to use, instead of doing it like this:

|image=[[File:SomeImage.jpg|thumb|Some image caption]]

Instead just supply the name of the image. So in this case you can simply do:

|image=SomeImage.jpg.

There will then be a separate parameter for the image caption such as |caption=Some image caption. Please note that this is a generic form message I am leaving on your page because you recently added a thumbnail to an infobox. The specific parameters for the image and caption may be different for the infobox you are using! Please consult the Template page for the infobox being used to see better documentation. Thanks! Managing a conflict of interest

  Hello, Rzasl. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page Roman Zaslavsky, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Longhair\talk 12:58, 11 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

  Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions; however, it appears you may have written a Wikipedia article about yourself, at Roman Zaslavsky. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – please see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to or change an existing article about yourself, you are welcome to propose the changes by visiting the article's talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was the page I created deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss this with the deleting administrator. Thank you.   Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Roman Zaslavsky, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Thank you. Jmertel23 (talk) 00:56, 20 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

  Hello Jmertel23, thank you for your comments. The page "Roman Zaslavsky, pianist" was created by the Arts Management (which runs the account Rzasl) in collaboration with the EuroArts Music International. It is not an autobiography as you may assume. This page is about a notable living Israeli pianist Roman Zaslavsky which had been already verified and approved in accordance with the Wikipedia's policy. We would kindly ask you to consider this problem as resolved removing your template message. Thank you.
@Rzasl: Thank you very much for your response. I understand that this is not an autobiography, but based upon your comment of who has written the page, it does appear to be a likely violation of the conflict of interest policy. I will leave some information regarding this policy at the bottom of this page. Could you please also respond here to verify that the article was not written in return for payment? Thank you so much, Jmertel23 (talk) 16:17, 11 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

  Hello Jmertel23, thank you for letting know your concerns. This is to confirm that this article was NOT written in return for any art of payment. There is also no any conflict of interest as far as we are concerned: it is just an objective article about a living internationally acknowledged pianist. This article does not serve any promotion of any third party which might be connected to the subject. Thank you. 27 August 2019
