Flag of Puerto Rico

Hello Republikaner,

Look, I more then anybody want to get the color thing striaght, however the flag discussion was open for over 14 days. No one, including you, participated in discussing the situation. It seems strange that after I lifted the protection from the page, that you would come and make a change without discussing it in the "talk page" first as is required. I personally have no idea as to which tone of blue is used in the flag, however Wikipedia is about reliable verifiable sources and not a political forum. I will revert your edit on account that it has been determined that removal of Jmundo's version of the flag may be considered an act of vandalism and the editor committing the act may be subject to being blocked from Wikipedia. Now, I am "not" disagreeing with you, the only thing that I as an administrator of Wikipedia is asking is that you cite and provide a verifiable reliable source as required by Wikipedia policy in regard to the true tone of blue in the flag's triangle. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

• make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
• Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-enwikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-enwikimedia.org.

November 2017

Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give Colon Cancer Alliance a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into another page with a different name. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you.
