Appropriate logo
Hi, since we have already agreed regarding the official logo of TVOP, could you please replace the logo or upload a new one. I was hoping a vectorized logo of it or a clean version without background. Thank you. Hollyckuhno (talk) 06:30, 26 May 2013 (UTC)
- I'll try to look for another logo. Problem is I don't know how to vectorize an image. I don't know how to photoshop too. :D--AR E N Z O Y 1 6A•t a l k• 11:28, 26 May 2013 (UTC)
- Maybe we could request for other Wikipedians to do the vectorization if we can't find a clean version of it on the internet. Hollyckuhno (talk) 02:16, 27 May 2013 (UTC)
File permission problem with File:Gonzaga sisters.jpg
Thanks for uploading File:Gonzaga sisters.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.
If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
- make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
- Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.
If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Ronhjones (Talk) 17:07, 27 May 2013 (UTC)

Clearing things out
First things first if what you really want constructive criticisms ; the article you posted was only 1/4 constructive and 3/4 destructive. You didnt even placed the positive note that viewers and web folks gave to the show. it also dominated slots in twitter and is now in raves with the public. The post that you gave to me is a point of view from your perspective and not of the whole. The post i revised and the content i placed gaved a fair + and - points to the point that no side was harmed or biased. Kindly revise your script. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.87.192.186 (talk) 07:04, 21 June 2013 (UTC)

I wanted to create an article about a bombing incident (it happened on July 26, 2013 11:00 PM to 12:00 AMGMT8+) that had caused 6 fatalities and 30 more injuries in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines. Thank you for making a report about 95.35.60.55 (talk · contribs · block log) on Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism. Reporting and removing vandalism is vital to the functioning of Wikipedia and all users are encouraged to revert, warn, and report vandalism. However, it appears that the editor you reported may not have engaged in vandalism, or the user was not sufficiently or appropriately warned. Please note there is a difference between vandalism and unhelpful or misguided edits made in good faith. If the user continues to vandalise after a recent final warning, please re-report it. Edit war on The Biggest Loser UK (series 5)
Hello. You appear to be involved in an edit war on The Biggest Loser UK (series 5) .
While the three-revert rule is hard and fast, please be aware that you can be blocked for edit warring without making 3 reverts to an article in 24 hours. You are not entitled to 3 reverts and edit wars may be slow-moving, spanning weeks or months. Edit wars are not limited to 24 hours.
If you are unclear how to resolve a content dispute, please see dispute resolution. You are expected to cooperatively engage other editors on talk pages rather than reverting their edits. Note that posting your thoughts on the talk page alone is not a license to continue reverting. You must reach consensus.
If you feel your edits might qualify as one of the small list of exceptions, please apply them with caution and ensure that anyone looking at your edits will come to the same conclusion. If you are uncertain, seek clarification before continuing. Quite a few editors have found themselves blocked for misunderstanding and/or misapplying these exceptions. Often times, requesting page protection or a sockppuppet investigation is a much better course of action.
Continued edit warring on The Biggest Loser UK (series 5) or any other article may cause you to be blocked without further notice. Toddst1 (talk) 20:10, 19 August 2013 (UTC)

Percentage of Public's vote
Borrowing the song title of Coach Apl's group -- Meet Me Halfway. I stay out of your tables, let me continue this Public vote percentage. I fully understand that we have to pattern this page with the other "The Voice" pages but this our own Philippine version of this TV show franchise. And since you have mentioned "...vote percentages are not included in the 'results' column...", let me please show you this from the reality singing competition that started it all -- The_Voice_of_Holland_(season_1) --polmags (talk) 17:37, 28 August 2013 (UTC)
- Terence/Renzoy16...It is very obvious why the vote percentage of the other two artists were not revealed (because from the bottom two, the coach will have his personal choice to save). With this voting percentage, you will know how the artist weigh in for the viewing public. Eventually, these four artists that got saved by Public's vote will compete with each other and with the other remaining artists and at that point, you will see if there is a consistency on the support from the voting public. As for the table (which is your Sandbox), I have adjusted the column with of the Result. I can see that you have been an Active Wikipedian for more than five years now and you appear to be involved in an edit war on The Biggest Loser UK (series 5). --polmags (talk) 04:28, 28 August 2013 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (File:The Voice US 5 - The Blind auditions.png)
Thanks for uploading File:The Voice US 5 - The Blind auditions.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Werieth (talk) 19:41, 30 September 2013 (UTC)

BACKLOG OF THE WEEK Category:Pages with broken reference names
Hello - some editors fight off the vandal hordes, as I do repairing pages with citation errors. If I didn't - there would be a large backlog in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting and in Category:Pages with missing references list as in Category:Pages with broken reference names (more than 1500 yesterday). But it is impossible to work it alone. Do you know how to do a "Blitz" (excuse the comparision) to find willing editors to work on it. It is much more easier to repair references if you do it one hour, one day or one week ago after the errors were made instead of months and years after the error was done. Very, very difficult to find these errors.
Only with WikiBlame Search it is possible to find and repair such errors.

Editing
Hi Renzoy16! I gather that you may have been doing some editing recently where you have a conflict of interest. Generally, Wikipedia strongly discourages people from doing so, especially where the editing relates to advocacy. If you can, it would work well if you were to follow current best practise, which is to recommend changes on the talk pages of the articles concerned rather than make them yourself. But if this isn't possible, it would be great if you were to acknowledge when you have a conflict of interest on the talk pages - that way we know that everything is upfront and transparent, which helps a lot. If you would like to know more, the Wikipedia:Plain and simple conflict of interest guide is a really good resource that may assist. - Bilby (talk) 06:41, 11 January 2014 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of File:ABS-CBN Sports plus Action logo.jpeg
A tag has been placed on File:ABS-CBN Sports plus Action logo.jpeg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. We noticed though that when you edited List of highest-grossing films in the Philippines, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Man of Steel (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Removal of Level 3 Headers in Malaysia Airlines Flight 370
Dear Renzoy16,
I would like to thank you for your contributions on Malaysia Airlines Flight 370. I have noticed you have removed several Level 3 Headings in the "Response" section here. I wonder what is the basis of your claim that the subsections were "overused". As this incident does not occur within Malaysia, and it certainly involves several countries other than Malaysia, this makes it an international issue. Therefore, I do not see the need to create a "Malaysia vs The rest of the world" contrast in the "Response" section. What are your thoughts on this? --Mark Chung (talk) 17:04, 9 March 2014 (UTC)
- Hi! Though it involves several countries... the aircraft is from Malaysia, the airline is owned by the Malaysian government (52% of the company shares), and updates (as seen from the international media) are coming from the Malaysian government. Also, to clarify the "overused sections," they do not really require to have their own subsections since every subsection only have few information (which can easily be organize into a simple listing). We use subsections when we add more thorough details needed to help guide the readers in reading the article. Though there are details per country, I think their is no enough merit or justification to have a subsection per a country's response.--AR E N Z O Y 1 6A•t a l k• 17:16, 9 March 2014 (UTC)

The article Nimbo (company) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Promotional article, evidence of COI edits.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Guy (Help!) 23:32, 26 March 2014 (UTC)
Wikilinking
Hi, and thanks for your work on the English Wikipedia.
I noticed an article you worked on. Just a short note to point out that we don’t normally link:
- dates
- years
- commonly known geographical terms (including well-known country-names), and
- common terms you’d look up in a dictionary (unless significantly technical).
(This even applies for infoboxes.)
If you'd rather have the US-type date format restored, please let me know and I'll click a button for it.
Thanks, and my best wishes.

- Pathetic reasoning. Everybody here loves certain topics, that is why they are into writing those articles. On my side, I love reality television series. That is why I painstakingly create and update them. All following the rules and guidelines of Wikipedia. Using reliable references and adding TRUE information to those articles. Anyways, why do I have explain to you? This issue is a nonsense. Go ahead review all my edits and see if there is a fancraft in those. Just a quick question. I am currently editing the PBB All In article and would like to know if: (a) the Day 9 (connected to Axel) is actually part of Day 8, and (b) The second Day 9 (the talk show) is really Day 9. Japanese Rail Fan (Talk) (Contributions) (Public log) 14:58, 7 May 2014 (UTC)

Numbering of days in Pinoy Big Brother: All In
I just noticed the "''Aired from MMMM D to MMMM D, 2014'' tags placed below the Week X headings. Should the numberings be corrected as follows:
Week 1: April 27 to May 3
Week 2: May 4 to 10
Week 3: May 11 to 17
Week 4: May 18 to 24
...
It looks like the current numbering is wrong, as today, May 12, is a Monday and May 18 is a Sunday. Japanese Rail Fan 15:02, 12 May 2014 (UTC)
- Sorry for the May 18, it was supposedly May 11. For the weeks, since Saturday events are aired in Sundays the note should be until every Sunday. So every week airings, it should start on a Monday and end on a Sunday.--AR E N Z O Y 1 6A•t a l k• 15:08, 12 May 2014 (UTC)
