Tetseo Sisters
editHello, Releaseme2. You seem to be interested in Naga cultural issues. I have the offer/wish of a "joint-venture" on hand. I made a German wikipedia-article de:Tetseo Sisters and I would like to see that in the English wikipedia also. Since English is obviously not my first language, I would like to make a translation, that would need some cleaning around the edges, hopefully by someone with love to the subject. Is this something, you might be willing to do ? Thank you in advance. --Gerald Fritz (talk) 07:35, 3 June 2012 (UTC)
- Hi Gerald Fritz! Sorry for the delay, I have been very busy. Well I would really love to help you. Let me know soon. --Releaseme2 (talk) 19:57, 3 July 2012 (UTC)
- That's great. I'm going to do my translation on my Userpage and would invite you then to have an eye on it, before setting it "free". I will need some time though, thank you in advance. --Gerald Fritz (talk) 13:35, 6 July 2012 (UTC)
Hello, Releaseme2. I finally found the time to achieve my pre-translation. I would be very glad, if you could have a look and hand to it. There are two identical versions on User:Gerald Fritz/sandbox and User:Gerald Fritz/Tetseo Sisters. I invite you to work on the User:Gerald Fritz/sandbox as long as you need to. When you finished your part, you could cut-and-paste it over to User:Gerald Fritz/Tetseo Sisters, thus giving you the credit for it. When I find something there, I would release it into the wild thereafter. Hope that's ok for you. Best regards. --Gerald Fritz (talk) 09:35, 1 August 2012 (UTC)
- Hi Gerald Fritz. Please give me some time to work on the article. Regards --Releaseme2 (talk) 21:58, 3 August 2012 (UTC)
Hello, Releaseme2. I decided to "release" the article as it is. You are still welcome to make changes and improvements of course. Best regards. --Gerald Fritz (talk) 13:40, 1 September 2012 (UTC)
- Hi Gerald Fritz. Absolutely sorry for the delay! I was too busy with a project. I have finally gone through the article and made minor changes. I will be doing research and will hopefully be adding more stuffs later. Thanks for being patient! Regards. --Releaseme2 (talk) 13:43, 25 September 2012 (UTC)
Hello Releaseme2. That's absolutely no problem. I still do appreciate them. Thank you, Gerald. --Gerald Fritz (talk) 10:07, 28 September 2012 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Asian 10,000 Challenge invite
editHi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 02:24, 21 October 2016 (UTC)
