DYK in progress for Khalili Collection of Hajj and the Arts of Pilgrimage

Khalili Collection of Hajj and the Arts of Pilgrimage just needs a couple more sources for DYK. Very nice work! Mary Mark Ockerbloom (talk) 20:34, 28 February 2021 (UTC)

Re: Plácido Zuloaga

Hi, I'll not edit war over the revert you did at Plácido Zuloaga, as it would at the moment be rather pointless. The template I added instead of the general "authority control" template gives in this case, and at this time, the exact same result as the original one (so no improvement, no loss). The intended effect is that, as more and more authority control IDs are added to Wikidata and some subsequently at Enwiki, we can limit what is displayed based on the subject (country, topic, ...). For example, for Zuloaga, there are now 14 IDs at Wikidata. Most of these would be welcome at the authority control in the article, but all? This way, it can easily be limited. For e.g. someone like Gaudi, there were 28 elements in the AC template, which has now been reduced to 13: the removed ones include things like [3], [4], [5] or [6] which aren't really useful for enwiki readers.

Confirmation bias FA concerns

@MartinPoulter: Greetings! I see that you had promoted Confirmation bias back in 2010! Unfortunately, just like almost every highly-viewed FA, many editors come and go with constructive and unconstructive edits. After a few years, it is entirely possible that an article may be demoted, which is why I am reaching out to you. There is some uncited content, WP:UNDUE issues, some alterations of content, and some WP:CITEVAR violations. If you could patch up these issues that would be brilliant. Cheers. Wretchskull (talk) 09:33, 22 March 2021 (UTC)

@Wretchskull: Yeah, it's a long time since I've taken a proper look at it and some dubious edits have certainly been made. I'll take a look over the coming week. Thanks for bringing it up. MartinPoulter (talk) 19:38, 22 March 2021 (UTC)
