Hello Kholo Motseki,

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username JavaHurricane, and I thank you for your contributions.

I wanted to let you know, however that I have tagged your user-page at User:Kholo Motseki for deletion, because it appears to consist of text unrelated to Wikipedia's goals. Please note that Wikipedia isn't a web-hosting service, and userpages should be used as profiles of active Wikipedia editors.

If you feel that the page shouldn't be deleted, you can contest this deletion but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top. If the page is already deleted by the time you come across this message and you wish to retrieve the deleted material, please contact the deleting administrator.

For any further query, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|JavaHurricane}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

  Hello, I'm Robvanvee. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, A-Reece, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Robvanvee 14:18, 7 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

When adding links to material on external sites, as you did to Boity Thulo, please ensure that the external site is not violating the creator's copyright. Linking to websites that display copyrighted works is acceptable as long as the website's operator has created or licensed the work. Knowingly directing others to a site that violates copyright may be considered contributory infringement. This is particularly relevant when linking to sites such as YouTube or Sci-Hub, where due care should be taken to avoid linking to material that violates its creator's copyright. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If you believe the linked site is not violating copyright with respect to the material, then you should do one of the following:

  • If the linked site is the copyright holder, leave a message explaining the details on the article Talk page;
  • If a note on the linked site credibly claims permission to host the material, or a note on the copyright holder's site grants such permission, leave a note on the article Talk page with a link to where we can find that note;
  • If you are the copyright holder or the external site administrator, adjust the linked site to indicate permission as above and leave a note on the article Talk page;

If the material is available on a different site that satisfies one of the above conditions, link to that site instead.

The photos you have uploaded to Wikimedia Commons are obviously taken from other websites without permission and will therefore be deleted as copyright violations. Do not add copyright-infringing images to Wikipedia articles.

  Please do not add or change content, as you did at Emtee, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Magnolia677 (talk) 09:52, 23 May 2021 (UTC)Reply

  Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at Lil Baby discography, you may be blocked from editing.  Zachary Daiquiri  Talk? 16:17, 23 May 2021 (UTC)Reply

Blue K moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, Blue K, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Managing a conflict of interest

edit

  Hello, Kholo Motseki. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:Spam);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. GSS💬 17:11, 3 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

Date formatting

edit

  Please don't change the format of dates, as you did to Philipp Eggersglüß. As a general rule, if an article has evolved using predominantly one format, the dates should be left in the format they were originally written in, unless there are reasons for changing it based on strong national ties to the topic. Please also note that Wikipedia does not use ordinal suffixes (e.g., st, nd, th), articles, or leading zeros on dates.

For more information about how dates should be written on Wikipedia, please see this page.

If you have any questions about this, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Enjoy your time on Wikipedia. Thank you. Robby.is.on (talk) 10:48, 16 August 2021 (UTC)Reply

Welcome!

edit

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. We appreciate encyclopedic contributions, but some of your recent contributions, such as your edit to the page Μακεδονική επανάσταση του 1878, have removed content without a good reason to do so. Content on Wikipedia should not be removed just because you disagree with it or because you think it's wrong, unless the claim is not verifiable. Instead, you should consider expanding the article with noteworthy and verifiable information of your own, citing reliable sources when you do so. If you'd like to experiment with the wiki's syntax, please do so in the sandbox rather than in articles. The following links will help you begin editing on Wikipedia:

Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia:

The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! Please do not blank pages. Use an appropriate deletion process if you believe that a page should be removed. In general, double redirects should be fixed so that they redirect to the page where the content has been moved; a bot will do this if not done by an editor. —Ost (talk) 15:52, 13 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

Today's Tragedy, Tomorrow's Memory

If this has supposedly been nominated for awards, could you please provide some actual evidence of them, instead of just restoring the article with no proof? And if you are talking about the MTV Africa Awards or the SA Hip Hop Awards, they don't count, because the award nominations were not specifically for this album. Also, the fact that A-Reece was listening to Kanye West when making this mixtape doesn't mean its notable, it's just trivia. Thank you. Richard3120 (talk) 19:27, 5 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of King kay21

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on King kay21 requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. AmirŞah 20:05, 16 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
