I'm sorry that it didn't appear constructive to you. I placed the template because the article features glowing praises of the college, often with clunky language. Look at the last couple of sentences in the intro, or the "Academic programs" or "Graduation rate" subheadings, or the whole "Social activities and organizations" heading.
