Page mover granted

Hello, Interstellarity. Your account has been granted the "extendedmover" user right, either following a request for it or demonstrating familiarity with working with article names and moving pages. You are now able to rename pages without leaving behind a redirect, move subpages when moving the parent page(s), and move category pages.

Please take a moment to review Wikipedia:Page mover for more information on this user right, especially the criteria for moving pages without leaving redirect. Please remember to follow post-move cleanup procedures and make link corrections where necessary, including broken double-redirects when suppressredirect is used. This can be done using Special:WhatLinksHere. It is also very important that no one else be allowed to access your account, so you should consider taking a few moments to secure your password. As with all user rights, be aware that if abused, or used in controversial ways without consensus, your page mover status can be revoked.

If you do not want the page mover right anymore, just let me know, and I'll remove it. Thank you, and happy editing! – bradv🍁 15:24, 1 November 2020 (UTC)

@Bradv: Thank you. I will use this right wisely. Interstellarity (talk) 18:36, 1 November 2020 (UTC)

Archiving

I set my archive settings to archive after 2 weeks (14 days), however, it seems to archive after a month or so. I would like to change it to 2 weeks. Can you show me how to do that or do it for me please? Interstellarity (talk) 20:36, 3 November 2020 (UTC)

I think it is working as intended, what you have is more or less what I've had for years now. I think Lowercase sigmabot III just has a lesser checking rate. There are some items moved in less than a month, but it's never been an instant move once the date is hit in my experience. — IVORK Talk 21:32, 3 November 2020 (UTC)
@IVORK: Thank you for your response. I never thought it would be the bot's fault and I'll just keep things as intended. I'll leave a note on the operator's talk page so they can address this. Interstellarity (talk) 23:12, 3 November 2020 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image File:ShrekHuman.png

Thanks for uploading File:ShrekHuman.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 18:58, 4 November 2020 (UTC)

Donald Trump

Howdy. We don't show the departure date, until the official's term is up. GoodDay (talk) 14:48, 12 November 2020 (UTC)

@GoodDay: My apologies. I didn't know that. Interstellarity (talk) 15:35, 12 November 2020 (UTC)

ArbCom 2020 Elections voter message

Hello! Voting in the 2020 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 7 December 2020. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2020 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 02:31, 24 November 2020 (UTC)

Stubs to Starts, Starts to C-class or B-class

Personally, after working to improve a Stub, I feel comfortable in regrading it to Start. Similar for Start to C-class. However, after working to improve a C-class article, rather than self-grade it to B-class, I leave a note on the Talk page that I have edited the article, but am leaving the decision to other editors. Whenever I intend to raise a C-class or B-class article to be worthy of a Good Article nomination, I state that intent on the Talk page. For an article as simple as Luna moth I did scores of edits before nominating (July 29-Aug 5, 2018) and then scores more in response to the reviewer. David notMD (talk) 10:36, 28 November 2020 (UTC)

@David notMD: Thanks for the info. I'm assuming that you read my question at the Teahouse regarding good articles. Interstellarity (talk) 19:26, 28 November 2020 (UTC)
Yes. And I will add that before any of my GA nominations, I checked every reference.David notMD (talk) 00:41, 29 November 2020 (UTC)
