edit

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Ali Pasha's Invasion of the Pashalik of Berat(1808)

edit

Hello - Thank you for creating the above article! While the title of the article is "Ali Pasha's Invasion of the Pashalik of Berat(1808)", the article opens with "The Invasion of the Pashalik of Berat (1784–1786)". It seems that one should be changed so that the two match. Gjs238 (talk) 15:45, 9 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for Using Wikipedia as a battleground; racism (Special:Diff/1244822690).
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  ~ ToBeFree (talk) 18:32, 9 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

Hello I am sorry for interupting your time but could you please unblock me because i want to continue creating wikipedia pages and provide as many sources as i can , sorry making a racist comment this will not happen again i know that you don't tolerate racism and if u dont unblock me right now i would like to know atleast when. Thanks for your time and may god bless you. Amen Henrikurti (talk) 20:15, 20 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

Putting an end date on the block does nothing to convince us that the reason for the block will be resolved. That's up to you. As you have found, we have no tolerance of racism here. We're all human beings here, which is a good lesson for life in general, not just Wikipedia, but I digress. There might be some point in the future when you are able to be unblocked, but that's not now or anytime soon. At a bare minimum you'll need to observe the standard offer before requesting unblock, and even then being unblocked is not a guarantee. You'll need to convince us that you will not make racist comments here and find other ways to deal with anger and frustration than attacking people based on human-made categories based on appearance and immutable characteristics. 331dot (talk) 09:31, 21 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I don't think the user can contribute productively in wikipedia. Besides the comments in question, they also have a history of persistent vandalism, as shown in some of the above discussions, and pov articles. And all that with just around 60 edits in total. Piccco (talk) 22:09, 20 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

I have no idea when lifting a block made explicitly also in response to a racist statement (Special:Diff/1244822690) would be appropriate, so I chose "indefinite" (which isn't "infinite" but rather "I have no idea") as the block duration. My state of "I have no idea when lifting this block would be helpful" remains unchanged by your request. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 02:05, 21 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

Blocked as a sockpuppet

edit
Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively as a sockpuppet of User:NormalguyfromUK per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/NormalguyfromUK. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.
