Speedy deletion nomination of Narayan Gangadhar

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Narayan Gangadhar, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Urbanstep moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, Urbanstep, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.   Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give Draft:Urbanstep a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into Urbanstep. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases for registered users, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you. Hi,

Thank you for the notice. I missed out to understand the actual reason for the notice placement. After taking a look twice, i figured out what the notice was for. Please proceed in moving the page history to this namespace, thank you. Hauntzer (talk) 18:06, 3 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

May I know for what exact reason I was blocked for? I created this account to make articles/edit for the companies and brands. I made a discussion on Peter Torre's deletion discussion page via my phone being unaware that this account was logged on my phone. There was no other misuse or technical illegal activities under this account. Please reconsider.

Decline reason:

Blocked for sockpuppetry, admitted to sockpuppetry below. Yamla (talk) 19:22, 15 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Hi,

I strongly disagree that I was paid for editing. I have no idea how do you guys make such false claims without no idea? I created this account just to focus on creating companies, brands and other articles and build up a better account rather than being like being my previous account which i have most of the articles disapproved and lot of craps. That is why i decided to create a new account to develop my profile and create articles about companies, brands and musicians etc mainly....Also, I don't do paid editing neither anyone hire me to edit. I know incase if i do, i have to disclose everything before doing on. but in the case, I'm not creating alt accounts for those purpose. Please understand. Your draft article, Draft:Urbanstep

edit

Hello, Hauntzer. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or draft page you started, "Urbanstep".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.
