Well, now that you have had time to think about it, have you decided which picture of the day is your favourite?, I like the boabab trees :) wendywendy (talk) 03:14, 17 October 2012 (UTC)
I am still thinking of some. :) CURTAINTOAD! 04:52, 17 October 2012 (UTC)

Brave

It made more sense to go that way. Stop adding "as" in the parentheses. It was fine as is. --Smartie2thaMaxXx (talk) 14:45, 14 October 2012 (UTC)

Thanks for telling me. :) CURTAINTOAD! 20:41, 14 October 2012 (UTC)
Thank you for your previous message. However, on the page Brave (2012 film), I've added "(previously titled The Bear and the Bow)" again. Regards, CURTAINTOAD! 07:06, 15 October 2012 (UTC)
No, don't worry, someone reverted my edit. Regards, CURTAINTOAD! 09:48, 16 October 2012 (UTC)

Your usage of helpme

Hi, I have replaced your helpme above with the template stating no question has been asked. What is your question? Please don't use the template unless you actually have a question. Legoktm (talk) 03:31, 20 October 2012 (UTC)

Someone has already replied to my question. CURTAINTOAD! TALK! 03:37, 20 October 2012 (UTC)
Ok, you can remove the substituted template above then, but please don't add {{help me}} again without a question below it. Thanks, Legoktm (talk) 03:53, 20 October 2012 (UTC)
Thank you. :) CURTAINTOAD! TALK! 04:01, 20 October 2012 (UTC)

RE this: Put your name at Wikipedia:Wikipedia Signpost/Subscribe to get talk page messages. A lot of projects deliver updates through subscriptions as to what is going on with their projects. See Category:Wikipedia sign-up lists for subscription delivery. -- Uzma Gamal (talk) 13:43, 20 October 2012 (UTC)

You're welcome. I'd suggest being careful about what you post on the internet... there are some very bad people out there. :( --Rschen7754 07:42, 28 October 2012 (UTC)
Thanks; I'm still learning. CURTAINTOAD! TALK! 07:54, 28 October 2012 (UTC)

RE:Your invite

Thanks for inviting me to join the Nintendo task force. I'm afraid I really don't know much about Nintendo, so I probably wouldn't be much help. If you know of anything I could do despite my lack of Nintendo knowledge, I'd be willing to reconsider. AutomaticStrikeout 20:52, 1 November 2012 (UTC)

Thank you ;) CURTAINTOAD! TALK! 21:00, 1 November 2012 (UTC)

U.S. Roads

By the way, I noticed your account since you signed up for the WP:USRD newsletter. Is roads something you're interested in? --Rschen7754 22:22, 2 November 2012 (UTC)

Yes. =) CURTAINTOAD! TALK! 22:26, 2 November 2012 (UTC)
Okay. Would you be interested in working on road articles? If so, what states would you be interested in working on? --Rschen7754 22:33, 2 November 2012 (UTC)
Interested in all of the states in the U.S. :) CURTAINTOAD! TALK! 22:50, 2 November 2012 (UTC)

Okay, cool! Here's what I think are the best three ways to start editing road articles:

  1. I would read WP:USRD/NEW. It is a guide for new users as to how the U.S. roads project works. If you want, you can look at the other project pages too.
  2. One good way to get started editing that's pretty basic is bringing stub-class articles to start-class. Category:Stub-Class U.S. road transport articles has a list of stub-class articles. To bring it to start-class, an article needs a Route description and a Junction list. (It could be History and Junction list, but histories are harder to write). Idaho State Highway 50 is a good example of a Start-Class article.
  3. WP:HWY/IRC. IRC is a chat service that we use to communicate, and we can help you quickly on there. There is a web-based client, but it may be helpful to download an IRC client like Chatzilla or Trillian (Windows) or Colloquy (Mac).

Let me know if you have any questions! --Rschen7754 03:43, 3 November 2012 (UTC)

Thanks! CURTAINTOAD! TALK! 03:44, 3 November 2012 (UTC)

fyi

fyi... Don't use the template messages in the case as you did with GiantSnowman. That message is usually used for vandalism type cases. Plus, most "experienced" editors hate the template messages like that. There is absolutely nothing wrong to drop them a message. But next time, write your own message and include why you thought the edit was wrong. Bgwhite (talk) 08:06, 3 November 2012 (UTC)

Thanks. CURTAINTOAD! TALK! 08:31, 3 November 2012 (UTC)
Your reversion of me - this edit - was actually incorrect and has since been reverted itself by another user. I strongly advise you to familiarise yourself with MOS. Regards, GiantSnowman 11:55, 3 November 2012 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for November 9

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Time to Move (H-Blockx album), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page German (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
