Thanks for uploading File:Malviya ji.jpeg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, we also need to know the terms of the license that the copyright holder has published the file under, usually done by adding a licensing tag. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. Status and Advice

As reviewing administrator, I deleted this, and I deleted also the recreation of it as DLIS BHU. You must not copy web sites from outside sources on to Wikipedia. If you own the copyright, you must explicitly license the rights to the material according to our licensing using the CC-BY-SA 3.0 and the GFDL licenses, as explained in WP:COPYRIGHT and WP:Donating copyrighted materials ; these give everyone in the world an irrevocable license to reuse and alter the material, even for commercial purposes.

If you do not own the copyright, you can try to persuade the owner to grant such a license.

But I advise you instead to rewrite it, because this material if used directly will not be satisfactory: it will contain the material appropriate to a web site, not an encyclopedia article and give so much inappropriate and unencyclopedic detail that it will be deleted as promotional. It also will need references providing substantial coverage from 3rd party independent published reliable sources, print or online (but not blogs or press releases, or material derived from press releases). I noticed that you blanked the page for T.K. Viswanathan. Perhaps you are unaware, as you made an edit after that, but when the sole author of an article blanks a page, that means that said author wants the page to be deleted; this is why I requested speedy deletion. Authorship

I have a few problems with image uploads of yours. Here [1], you seem to be stating that you, User:Abhiparlib, are Mr. Janardhana Swamy, releasing his own picture. However, here you seem to be saying that you are Mr. Parivesh Vatsyayan. Both of these can't be right, can they?

Please clarify if you are really the copyright owner of these images. If you are not, you need to bring forward explicit proof that the actual owners have licensed the material as you say they did.

Another thing, on the Swamy portrait you seem to be saying that the image is in fact not free for further commercial or political reuse without extra permission, while at the same time claiming you are releasing it into the Public Domain. • Articles need to have more than just a repetition of the title
• As an encyclopedia, Wikipedia is selective about subjects for articles. The criterion is called notability, and is not a matter of opinion but must be demonstrated by showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." Significant means more than just listing-type mentions; reliable excludes Myspace, Facebook, blogs, places where anyone can post anything; independent excludes the subject's own website, affiliated ones and anything based on press releases. The test is, have other people, unconnected with the subject, thought it important and significant enough to write substantial comment about? There is more detail at:

Abhishek, over the past several weeks, I have had the opportunity to review, copyedit, and cleanup several of your articles presented on Wikipedia. I understand that you are an employee of the Parliament Library in New Delhi, and therefore, working to create articles related to your role in that organization. While your participation on Wikipedia is certainly welcome, there is increasing concern that the articles which you continue to create and edit are consistently out of compliance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. In fact, much of the work that you have created, has been deleted by others within the Wikipedia community, only to be repeatedly created and deleted numerous times. As you can see from all of the warnings on this page, for the most part, the articles that you have created, have required quite a bit of work and cleanup to be done by others.

There comes a point in an editor's time on Wikipedia, that we need to ensure that the work being produced equates to truly building the encyclopedia, an added value to the project overall. Other concerns include a lack of comprehensive understanding of the deletion policy, deletion process, and determining the importance, significance, and notability of a subject that would establish the appropriateness of creating an article on Wikipedia. In that vein of understanding, I would like to invite you to participate in the Adopt-A-User Program. It would be beneficial for you to consider seeking out an experienced editor that would be willing to spend some time mentoring you through the process to becoming a knowledgeable and successful Wikipedia editor.

I want to recommend that you step back from creating articles and spend some time focusing on developing the skills necessary to become an asset and positive contributing editor to the project, to the point that only minimal assistance would be required by other editors.
