This is promotional dreck. This draft is written as if Laval paid for you to fellate him in public. Please cut everything else and provide only a citation of his memberships in Explorer's Club and RCGS; acceptance should be quick after that.

You haven't added any new sourcing that would change the notability equation since the first time this was rejected; you've simply removed sources that were previously in the article, so that it now features even less sourcing than what already wasn't enough the first time.
Note that "The Brighter Side YYC" is not a reliable or notability-supporting source at all -- and while Outside is decent, it isn't enough: a person requires a lot more than just one magazine article about them before they have enough coverage to merit a Wikipedia article.

I'm going to highlight the phrase published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject again. Sources you cannot use to establish notability include (a) his own self-published website about himself, (b) his own "staff" profile on the self-published website of an organization he's directly affiliated with, (c) content on the corporate websites of companies or non-profit agencies that aren't media outlets, such as Battistella Developments or the Alberta Cancer Society, (d) Q&A interviews in which he's talking about himself in the first person on podcasts, or (e) his own self-created and self-distributed press releases.
For the purposes of establishing notability in an encyclopedia, reliable sourcing means media coverage, not just "any web page you can find that has his name in it". But while some of the new links you've added are media coverage, they're virtually all local human interest coverage in Calgary's local media, not necessarily demonstrating a reason why he would warrant inclusion in an international encyclopedia. We need to see some evidence of national and/or international coverage, not just a smattering of "local guy does stuff" in his hometown local media, before this can be approved.
As well, note that just contextlessly listing a bunch of weblinks in the references section is not correct: you need to use the references to footnote the content in the article so that we know exactly which specific content is supported by which specific source.
