Welcome to Snowolf's user page!
Hello, I'm User:Snowolf, a contributor from Italy who, as you probably already guessed, loves wolves and especially polar ones. Please do not hesitate to ask on my talk page if you have any questions, I'll be delighted to answer as best as I can, or at least point you in the direction of someone who can. You can contact me on my talk page, by email or by messaging "Snowolf" on freenode irc. I'm mainly active in anti-vandalism and new page patrolling/CSD lately. I've been a registered user since late 2003 and made my first edit on 2004-09-14, started being seriously active in January 2007, nominated for adminship by Martinp23 and was granted the mop and bucket on 2007-12-11. On 2008-04-29 I retired from Wikimedia projects following the, in my opinion, ill-advised decision to radically change the foundation board structure reducing drastically the community-elected seats, and creating a self-perpetuating system. I still did occasionally come back to do some antivandal work or make minor spelling changes. I have since came back a number of times, and it's no point in saying I'm retired anymore. I spend hours daily reading articles on wikipedia, even when I seem inactive, and always read anything that's dropped on my talk page. I had typed a nice intro yesterday but firefox crashed so I'm stuck with this old one until I get some inspiration :D |

Amazing job beating me to the reverts. More reliable than the bots! Outstanding! Neither snow, nor rain, nor heat, nor gloom of night stays this patroller from his chosen rounds.--.ιΙ Inhuman14 Ιι. 02:22, 25 January 2008 (UTC)

Aprils fools day was a blast. Loads of users lightened up to have good old fashion fun. I want to thank you for taking part in editing this page in particular and even though I may not know you, embrace the same talk pages, or even edit with you in the near future, I'd like to award you this Barnstar for making Wikipedia a fun environment in which to contribute. Until next year. :) SynergeticMaggot (talk) 12:56, 2 April 2008 (UTC)

Well, you seem to be almost unbeatable on Huggle, so I think that warrants a barnstar! Keep up the good work :) Orphan Wiki 22:32, 26 April 2010 (UTC)

Thanks for helping me fix Template:Mexico-inf with the accessdate parameter. Your technical contribution helped me resolve the issue, and I've rolled out accessdates and verified all the articles using them to the IFT list. Thank you so much! Raymie (t • c) 23:38, 2 July 2014 (UTC)
