This article would be better as East Asian black, Zhenjiang vinegar, Black vinegar or Black rice vinegar. Mention of this brand (the topic) could be made within as the major national brand. As it stands now, all references for this topic will lead to commercial sites. The above suggestions will google well for good sources. Thoughts? Zhenjiang vinegarChinkiang vinegar – Revert previous move which seems to have been motivated by misinterpreting "Chinkiang" as a brand name. (It is the classical romanization of Zhenjiang.) Due to a history of marketing such products under this name in the west, it was and still is the most common name associated with the topic in English and continues to be used in labeling.   • Some data: the two books cited in the article both use the spelling "Zhenjiang", while the third source, which seems to be an online store, uses "Chinkiang". A search on Google Scholar suggests that "Zhenjiang vinegar" (277 results) is much more common than "Chinkiang vinegar" (42 results). On the other hand Google Ngrams suggests "Chinkiang vinegar" is much more common. The relevant guideline is WP:PINYIN ("Zhenjiang" is the pinyin romanization). —Mx.   • The very few Jstor results are split evenly between Chinkiang and Zhenjiang. Pubmed results favor Zhenjiang (85 as of this comment); a similar search for Chinkiang automatically redirects to Qian et al 2013, implying it is the sole result.
