Teach-in! edit

The 2012 world prof latin championships have not yet been held. They will be in Innsbruck, Austria on 20th October 2012. This can be verified from the website of the World Dance Council [1]

Someone confused the Open British Championships, which were held earlier this year in Blackpool with the World Ch., which will be held in Insbruk, Austria later this year. Macdonald-ross (talk) 14:25, 19 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Additional Information and Current List of Titles edit

I propose the following edits to this page:

Originally from Russia, she began dancing at the early age of four- Russian Folklore ensemble dancing.[1]

Yulia takes inspiration from several other forms of dance besides latin, and even musicians. Some of her inspirations are dancers Cyd Charisse, Fred Astaire, Diana Vishneva, Gaynor Fairweather, and Donnie Burns. She is also inspired by musicians Jose Feliciano, Tina Turner, Bocelli, Christina Aguilera and the dance companies Pilobolus and Alvin Ailey.[2]

Due to traveling so much for her career, it is difficult to have a consistent schedule. However, the ways she stays healthy with such a difficult schedule include: getting a good amount of rest, eating a good balance between carbs and protein, and plenty of vitamins and minerals.[3]
