It is a premium producer, known for its artisan products, including savouries, scones, heritage biscuits, saffron cake, specialty breads, muffins, cakes, sweet treats and other award winning products. The business operates two production bakeries and over 50 stores throughout the West Country, being the largest pasty retailer in the world. It also supplies many well known UK retailers through its trade arm, 'Simply Cornish'. The companies team of Skilled Bakers claims to "pride themselves on creativity and innovation". Based in St Just, on the Land's End Peninsula, it lies within a World heritage Site, at the centre of Arthurian England. The producer and retailer, adhere to BRC and best practice on all fronts.
