Since I removed a lot of the text, here is the explanation. It's not uncommon for radio articles to be written by a person with direct involvement with the station, and Wikipedia editors are strongly discouraged from doing that, as it is difficult to write with a Neutral Point of View, which is one of the most important rules of editing.

Wikipedia is an encyclopedia. It is not a place to conduct business, or publish press releases. All information entered should be verifiable through independent neutral third parties which have established fact checking policies.

Wikipedia does not publish information about future events which may or may not happen. It's appropriate to say that Clear Channel has announced (past tense) that it intends to go private, but it is inppropriate to speculate on what might happen in the future based on an event which may or may not happen. (See Wikipedia is not a Crystal Ball).

Internal links should point to existing articles. Notability is based on its own criteria of third party mentions outside of Wikipedia, not how many interenal links there are to a topic.

Program schedules for radio schedules are specifically mentioned in "What Wikipedia is not", and future programming schedules are inappropriate for two reasons.
