The route map is quite confusing to me, because it tries to merge a hundred years of development into one scheme. I guess that Mannheim OEG ("Weinheimer Bahnhof") was located in front of Alte Feuerwache, the tracks would have been to the west of the bridge (where the station building was before it was demolished after a fire), and I guess that the tracks continued via Schafweide, so I assume the OEG to have crossed the tracks of the tram lines 1-3 (current state). So: did the OEG have dedicated (ESO) infrastructure from Alte Feuerwache via Stadtklinikum and north of it? EDIT: de:Datei:WeinheimOEG Bahnhof.jpg shows the original state with the station to the north. Apparently, a lot of changes have happened.
In Heidelberg, the map shows the route via Bergheimer Straße, but this is not the case now[1][2], and I have never seen the line 5(R) using that route (in normal operation) for decades. Instead, Kurfürstenanlage is used to reach Hbf (main station) and the OEG track to the west of it. I intend to change this section accordingly.
OEG station Kurpfalz Bridge("Heidelberger Bahnhof") has been unused for years, collecting rust on the tracks - more importantly, I do not think that the old signals have been connected to the new ESTW. So I have marked it as unused. EDIT: the German article mentions it as still usable. Maybe the switches are hand-operated.
I suggest to use the German names for stops etc. and translate them in parentheses. --Mopskatze (talk) 03:12, 31 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

Actually, it is almost completely just split from the old article, so looking at a diff from the old version on dewiki to the current dewiki articles might make it easier to spot which text ended up in which article. But deciding this in the first place wasn’t that hard either :-)
In addition to that, there were quite some other changes/updates to the article (even before the splitup), which weren’t made in the enwiki article (i.e. Stadtbahn Nord), so "merging" those (whether by translating just the changes or by retranslating everything) would also be a good idea.
For the questions about the Bergheimer Straße and on whether stuff is still in use: Check the dewiki talk page archive, it indeed is slightly complicated ;-) --nenntmichruhigip (Diskussion) 15:49, 4 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
