While I agree this article needs quite a bit of cleanup, I'm confused by the topic notability tag added by @JPxG today. This isn't some random member of a far-right group - he has been widely reported as second-in-command at Patriot Prayer and played prominent parts in most instances of left vs right political violence in Portland prior to his arrest. The existing citations include direct coverage by international reliable sources like The Guardian, The Independent, and the BBC, all of which include pictures of him in addition to direct coverage (also note these were published in different years and do not cover a single event).
