Surveys

It seems like there's a bunch of general information about EVs in the survey section. Seems misplaced. Andythechef (talk) 18:59, 23 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

Direct sales under threat in Mississippi by proposed legislation

edit

Mississippi state law allows direct sales by auto manufactures as of January 2022. Tesla's subsidiary Tesla Mississippi, LLC has a single dealer license for the store at 322 Airport Road S. in Pearl. [1] However, Mississippi House Bill 833 was introduced in January 2022, which if passed, would prevent any additional locations for Tesla and forbid any locations for any other electric vehicle maker.[2] Tesla has asked it's owners in Mississippi to contact their lawmakers about the bill.[3] — Preceding unsigned comment added by 168.245.155.50 (talk) 22:37, 24 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

"Forty-eight states have laws that limit or ban manufacturers from selling vehicles directly to consumers"

Does any source state which two states don't have such laws? I feel that's an important detail. Raymond1922 (talk) 18:16, 13 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hello Raymond 1922A. Why does your user name appear above this reply box as "Raymond 1922"? EmilW (talk) 15:38, 2 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
Because I wanted to take the username Raymond1922 but it was already taken, so I signed up as Raymond1922A and changed by signature to display as Raymond1922. But this is quite off-topic. Raymond1922 (talk) 22:20, 21 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
