Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to 2 external links on Swissôtel. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

where does the name come from? this needs to be included.68.150.86.232 (talk) 19:27, 25 July 2016 (UTC)Reply

Isn't it obvious? "Swiss" = From Switzerland. "ôtel" from "hotel" — Preceding unsigned comment added by 201.240.147.36 (talk) 23:16, 16 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

Paolo Guerrero Case (NPOV and relevance)

edit

I doubt the relevance of the "Paolo Guerrero case" because it is not the first complaint against the hotel (it is common for hotels to receive complaints). The sanction imposed on Guerrero is relevant for the Peruvian soccer player and his team, but it is not necessarily relevant for the history of the hotel. This section of the article is based in the opinion of the soccer player and his lawyers. Is it really necessary to include the opinion of customers in the article? Moreover, there isn’t a current lawsuit against Swissôtel. On the other hand, this section of the article only includes the opinions and claims from Guerrero and his lawyers. Where is the side of the story of the hotel? The lack of NPOV is obvious. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bw1939 (talkcontribs) 05:59, 17 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

I agree it seemed to take up a disproportionate amount of the article. Also, much of this section was about decisions by the court that were unrelated to the hotel. I have trimmed this section down and tried to make it more neutral in its statements. --Mgp28 (talk) 16:32, 29 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
