I believe that the name is currently in error. My understanding is that "Kang" is the family name, not "Suh." Note that in the page on Chung Do Kwan, the name is given as Kang Suh Chong. Also, my own school (United States Moo Sul Kwan) has his name on the certificate: with context, it reads, "Lee Won Kuk - Kang Suh Chong - Park Lee Hyun."
