New enough, long enough, looks neutral, well cited and no plagiarism detected. Photo seems free and looks OK as a thumbnail. QPQ done. ALT0 is better than ALT1, but may I suggest:
- ALT2: ... that the Spanish patrol boat Serviola thwarted two attempts at piracy in the Gulf of Guinea in as many months in 2019?
