Fair use rationale for Image:Cover GirlsAloud SoundOfTheUnderground.jpg edit

Image:Cover GirlsAloud SoundOfTheUnderground.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 21:18, 2 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

The song (this month) is a little, teeny-tiny more popular than the album (this month), but neither is primary topic of the same name. Also, each one is neither more notable nor historically significant than the other. They both appear to be UK's very dated pop music from 2002. And WP:TWODABS would not apply because there is no primary topic. George Ho (talk) 23:04, 10 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

  • I couldn't find albums of similar name, so this is the only one. --George Ho (talk) 03:17, 11 August 2014 (UTC)Reply
Well in Billboard there's also this Toronto house album 1994, there's a Time Life compilation too on Amazon, though that doesn't appear to be noted in Billboard. But either way I agree with you on the move. In ictu oculi (talk) 04:01, 11 August 2014 (UTC)Reply
  • suport per IIO -- 65.94.169.222 (talk) 06:36, 11 August 2014 (UTC)Reply
  • Support only as proposed. No other album articles exist on Wikipedia by this title, we don't disambiguate against articles that haven't even been created (especially so when there's no indication it ever will be created or that it meets our notability guideline). Jenks24 (talk) 13:49, 18 August 2014 (UTC)Reply
  • Comment - It seems like the song might actually be the primary topic, as it's the first suggestion in the search box. Unreal7 (talk) 16:27, 19 August 2014 (UTC)Reply
  • Support as In ictu oculi, but as Sound of the Underground (album). Gregkaye (talk) 15:48, 22 August 2014 (UTC)Reply
