- "Rodrigo wrote it with its producer, Dan Nigro. The song became available ..." → "Rodrigo wrote the song with its producer, Dan Nigro. It became available ..."
- "Musically new wave, pop rock, rock and roll, ..." → "Musically new wave, pop rock, and rock and roll, ..."
- "Rodrigo's discography" → linking "Rodrigo's discography" in the lead and the composition section
- "She included "So American" on the set list ..." → "Rodrigo included "So American" on the set list ..."
- "Later in the year, Rodrigo was in a relationship with English actor Louis Partridge" → I don't think they broke up, so my suggestion, "Later in the year, Rodrigo began dating English actor Louis Partridge"
- "During a March 2024 stop of her Guts World Tour, ..." → "During the first Chicago show of her Guts World Tour in March 2024, ..."
- "Written by Rodrigo and Nigro, it was the only bonus track ..." → "Written by Rodrigo and Nigro, "So American" was the only bonus track ..."
- "In an Instagram story, ..." → linking Instagram and story
- "winking emojis" → Just wondering; would linking the emoji as winking emojis be a good idea? or would linking winking and emojis separately be a better option? or it doesn't even require any linking? :)
- Most people would know what winking is, and since the winking emoji itself does not have an article, I have gone ahead and just linked emojis.--NØ 12:52, 10 October 2024 (UTC)
- "It was added to the tour's set list between "Lacy" and "Jealousy, Jealousy", after its release" → "After the release of "So American", the song was added to the set list of the Guts World Tour between "Lacy" (2023) and "Jealousy, Jealousy" (2021)"
- "Rodrigo changed one of the lyrics to say "Cause I'm in love" during a show ..." → "Rodrigo changed the last lyric on the song's bridge: "Think I'm in love" to "'Cause I'm in love" during a show ..."
- "An up-tempo track ..." → "An uptempo track ..."
- "So American" is the first love song in Rodrigo's discography" → I don't know if Rodrigo stated that herself or not, so perhaps "publications" can be added, as, "Publications considered "So American" the first love song in Rodrigo's discography". Additional sources can be added as well to support the claim, such as ref 20 (Rolling Stone) and ref 24 (South China Morning Post).
- "Uproxx's Flisadam Pointer believed that while much of Rodrigo's previous music had chronicled her unpleasant romantic experiences, "So American" marked the conclusion of that trend and was her first soft song in a while" → The source isn't included after this sentence
- Ref 9, 12, 18, and 26; not archived
Everything else looks fine! @MaranoFan: The same as "Love Is Embarrassing", this is also a really well-written and well-sourced article. On hold for now until the issues are fixed or discussed; happy to pass once they are done. Medxvo (talk) 11:55, 10 October 2024 (UTC)
- All done, Medxvo! The bot will run the archives on the references where they are missing in 226 minutes, which is the current lag time. Thank you so much for two(!) reviews within a day. I am sure Liv would be happy to see the work getting done!--NØ 12:28, 10 October 2024 (UTC)
- Hello @MaranoFan: Thanks so much for your always-quick responses. I'm glad I could help get multiple Guts' songs to GA status; I am a big fan of Guts and Liv, and the two articles that I reviewed were amazing, in my opinion :) Just wanted to note that you didn't respond to my suggestion of linking "Rodrigo's discography" to List of songs recorded by Olivia Rodrigo. Do you think that it's confusing/not a good idea or did you forget that? Medxvo (talk) 13:19, 10 October 2024 (UTC)
- I think I just missed that one. Done now!--NØ 13:23, 10 October 2024 (UTC)
- Amazing! @MaranoFan: I will ✓ Pass the article now. Congratulations! Also, I will be waiting for your thoughts on Taylor Swift Productions if you're interested, whenever you can :) Thanks again! Medxvo (talk) 13:30, 10 October 2024 (UTC)
