Shots Fired → Shots Fired (TV series) – There is now an article for the song Shots Fired (song), so it will probably be necessary to disambiguate this page and add a hatnote to both pages, as I don't think either article will be the primary topic. I could possibly have been bold and done this myself, but I'm not sure if this is the correct disambiguator to use here, so I'm looking for consensus for the disambiguator and to make the move. Opposeit seems likely that the TV series is primary given its older (2017) than the song (2020) and the TV series gets many more views (2,158) than the song (37)[[1]]. Crouch, Swale (talk) 09:46, 21 March 2021 (UTC)
- I'm not saying you're wrong, but I do wonder if Wikipedia page views are the best way to measure a song's popularity... most people google the song to watch the video or listen to it, not to search its Wikipedia article. The song has passed 2.8 million views on YouTube and has almost two million streams on Spotify as well in four months. If the consensus is not to change anything now, I am confident that the song will become the primary topic in years to come. Richard3120 (talk) 15:14, 21 March 2021 (UTC)
- OK, I fine with putting the DAB at the base name. Crouch, Swale (talk) 16:26, 19 April 2021 (UTC)

- Support. I would think that the primary topic of the term would actually be the use of the phrase to signify an active shooter. BD2412 T 04:11, 19 April 2021 (UTC)
- Support. It may be just bias as a rap fan but the song is growing in notability as Richard3120 noted. Most people Google the song to listen, not to look it up on Wiki. ColorTheoryRGB CMYK 04:41, 19 April 2021 (UTC)
