The article is largely negative. There is too much emthasis on the team's misfortunes and there is a general level of informal tone which is predominantly negative. Tom Green (talk) 18:04, 23 April 2008 (UTC)

This appears to be a habit of yours thomas as you have posted similar on the 'Scunthorpe' site. This maybe your home town and the club that you support but you have to accept the good with the bad, even (especially more so) if the the good isn't forthcoming. Perhaps, because it isn't there? Wikipedia isn't there to present a pro-bias, just how people report it as long as such posts are valid. Doncaster Rovers FC definitely are: however, the article states they do not play in the same league, which is not true: they played a league game today (24-11-12). Perhaps they should be included in a List of Scunthorpe United F.C. players with some clear criteria for inclusion?
