– No support for the contention that the American singer-songwriter has reached such levels of international renown that her fame has made her the natural WP:PRIMARYTOPIC above the three British aristocrats listed at the Sarah Spencer (disambiguation) page. Oppose per others. None of those other women are known as "Sarah Spencer" and only two of them ever would have been (Lady Sarah Isabella Augusta Spencer-Churchill is a bit of a stretch). While it's a possible search term for these women, I see no indication that it's a common or likely search term. This is a solution looking for a problem.
