The number of TV performances edit

@FrB.TG: and @Ssven2:. Regarding the "over 250 TV performances" - that is what the obit states. OTOH I can't find any list that comes close to having that many in it. Now the number is plausible due to the fact that so much of TV in that era was live and much of it was not recorded but that is WP:OR on my part. Do you think there is some kind of compromise wording that could be used? If not no problem. I would recommend that the "48 to 53" wording be removed as it isn't in the reference and it is redundant to the "within five years" statement at the end of the sentence. Again, if you disagree then I am fine with what you have done. Thanks for your time in reading this. MarnetteD|Talk 15:01, 4 September 2015 (UTC)Reply

While I'd agree that "1948 to 53" would make "within five years" redundant, it is not in The Guardian source, but here. As for the wording, I have nothing to say. -- Frankie talk 15:12, 4 September 2015 (UTC)Reply
Both obits are dated July 10. I wonder where they got that number from. The wording I would suggest is "numerous TV productions" but I know that there can be objections to that. In any event it looks like Sven2 has been bold with the most recent edit in this situation. MarnetteD|Talk 15:23, 4 September 2015 (UTC)Reply
