This article was originally part of the article Rocket 88 but I spun it off to here as the other article is supposed to only be about the song. The original material was posted by an anonymous editor and is unsourced. I've tried to clean this up as best I can but I'm totally unfamiliar with this group so can do no more. I've seen various dates suggested for "Rocket 88 Boogie", including 1949 and (here) 1950. Discogs gives 1948 but may be wrong. Ghmyrtle (talk) 11:44, 26 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
