I am an experienced Wikipedia editor but have a COI here as a paid editor working for Kaplan Hecker, the law firm of Roberta Kaplan. As per COI, I will propose edits here, except in cases of unsourced contentious material, such as personal attacks, as per WP: BLP.

I would like to request that the photograph of the subject of this article in the infobox be switched. The new photo can be found at thumb|Portrait of Roberta "Robbie" Kaplan http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Robbie_Kaplan.jpg This photo is more recent. I have a conflict of interest as a paid representative of the subject of the article through my employer, The Levinson Group. I will not make direct edits to the article, as per WP: COI. Out of date article edit
There is a detailed article in WaPo today about Roberta Kaplan.[1] The Wikipedia article should be updated to include more information about Kaplan's other high profile cases, as witness some RS coverage cited below:
- 20190906 Amber Heard lawsuit[2] (Variety article notes "Kaplan has also defended Melanie Kohler, who was sued for defamation after accusing producer Brett Ratner of rape, and Moira Donegan, the creator of the "shitty media men" list.") WaPo article talks about Heard and also says Kaplan's firm recently withdrew, [3]
- 20191104 E. Jean Carroll lawsuit.[4][5][6]
- 20200924 Mary L. Trump lawsuit[7], mentioned in the lead without having been explained in the body.
I have no COI about Roberta Kaplan, and never heard of her until I read about her this morning in WaPo. But if you look at my userpage, you will see that I care about getting better representation of notable women in Wikipedia. Roberta Kaplan's clients include writer E. According to media reports, Kaplan Hecker & Fink LL have said in an official statement that travel and logistics have become an expensive affair and they would like some local attorney to take over the case.

Trump said Carroll was 'totally lying' and 'not my type' when she made her accusation this summer. Carroll's attorney, Roberta Kaplan, said she intends to prove that Trump acted with 'malice,' meaning that he knew his statements were false or showed reckless disregard for the truth.

It remains to be seen whether the new Attorney General will agree that Trump was acting within the scope of his employment as President when he defamed our client. In any event, we are confident that the Second Circuit will affirm the District Court's comprehensive and well-reasoned opinion.

There is already information in Career section, cited to five sources, about Kaplan's resignation from Times Up. The repeated attempt[1][2] by JFerrell007 to add a new sentence saying she "resigned from the MeToo movement due to accusations that she bullied victims" is inaccurate, POV, and unconstructive. - @JFerrell007: First of all, you should read Wikipedia articles before you edit them. Her resignation from Times Up is already in the article. Second, you should read Wikipedia talk page discussions before you add your own comments. As already explained, RK resigned from "Times Up" not "Me Too." Third, you are violating 3RR by continuing to insert unchanged an inaccurate POV-pushing sentence whose flaws have been explained on this talk page and which has been removed from the article by at least two other editors. It is not a news-style lead or "lede" paragraph.
