Today I met Rahul at Orchids invited by Outlook Mag.He refused to talk to me because I am an RTI activist.Wanted to talk on RTI,he said he will take a month to understand it.Is he a social activist. TOI news paper article states Rahul Bose's birth place is not Bengaluru. Should article be corrected on this?
