I think the article should provide some reference to Papyrus Amherst 63. This papyrus, which was published just a few years ago, dates towards the 4th century BC (althoug the texts contained there were probably composed in the 7th century BC) and it is known to contain a sort of "pagan" and "Northen Israelite" version of Psalm 20 in aramaic (with Demotic script).
