Removal of notability template and suggestions for improvement of article

I just conducted WP:BEFORE on this duo and, while notability isn't strong, I'm going to go ahead and remove the template.

To improve the article further, this source could be included, as could mention of their charting at Billboard. Mentions of TV and film appearances should also be better sourced, as these are their main claims to notability.
