- ... that the "Mayor of Picklesburgh" is decided by a pickle juice drinking competition? Source: https://www.pittsburghmagazine.com/how-to-make-the-most-of-the-2023-picklesburgh-festival/ "The participant who drinks a quart-sized jar of pickle juice the fastest will be declared the winner, taking home the title 'Mayor of Picklesburgh' and a $500 cash prize."
- Reviewed: this is my fifth nomination, no QPQ needed (for one last time)
Created by BanjoZebra (talk). Self-nominated at 16:41, 1 November 2023 (UTC). Post-promotion hook changes for this nom will be logged at Template talk:Did you know nominations/Picklesburgh; consider watching this nomination, if it is successful, until the hook appears on the Main Page.
- New enough, NPOV, no image, no QPQ needed. The hook is correctly and inline cited to Pittsburgh Magazine, which is RS. No obvious close paraphrasing and Earwig returns 21.3% violation unlikely. Looks good! Chetsford (talk) 04:03, 4 November 2023 (UTC)
