"Maskaev fought against Samuel Peter for the WBC Heavyweight title on March 8, 2008 but was dominated almost through the whole fight. He lost 5 of the 6 rounds with Peter winning by TKO with only 3 seconds remaining in the round."

Professional record breakdown (USBA and BoxRec) edit
According to the USBA and confirmed oficially by the Virginia Boxing Commission, before his fight versus Oliver McCall (February 24th, 1996) Maskayev's pro-record was 15-0 with 12 KOs (check here for the USBA record), while BoxRec gives only "6-0". 93.73.36.17 (talk) 19:31, 3 May 2019 (UTC)
