Nguyễn Khang (painter) → Nguyễn Khang – There are no other articles on English Wikipedia with the title Nguyễn Khang. There are also no redlinked articles with this title. Therefore move to the undisambiguated title until such time as another article is created. Tassedethe (talk) 18:54, 18 May 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose Nguyễn Khang (politician). Yes I've just created it, as I also created the painter. But seeing as the politician is the primary baseline topic in vi.wp I left the baseline, this is almost always the case when we see a notable figure with ( ) in en.wp, it's a translated article. These kind of moves - like the recent one filling a Croatian radio host and chess masters slot with a non-entity are often based on en.wp's bias to sports stubs rather than encyclopedic content, and almost always a bad idea. - I've also created Nguyễn Khang dab page listing also the third Nguyễn Khang in vi.wp. Don't really like having created one bio stub to be bumped into creating another simply to have a recognizable title. I realize that some editors believe the concision criteria is more important than our recognisability criteria, but the amount of energy that goes into hiding and ambiguating articles needs to be suspended when it is simply which articles from a non-English wp has someone done yet...
