If "(Belgium)" is not necessary for disambiguation (is there another Namur railway station?) could it be dropped from the title? This would remove the necessity of piping links in other articles. --Andreas Philopater (talk) 19:42, 9 May 2017 (UTC)Reply
Sorry, just realised that this is not a new article, but a new move – an undiscussed one that asserts that the only "Namur railway station" on Wikipedia is not the "primary topic" for its title. To my mind this is an extremely dubious assertion, and an unwarranted move. --Andreas Philopater (talk) 19:47, 9 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

The result of the move request was: moved. Nobody has contested the primary topic status of the Belgian station. (non-admin closure) — Ceso femmuin mbolgaig mbung, mellohi! (投稿) 19:11, 14 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
This contradicts the naming convention at WP:CANSTATION. I don't see any benefit to making these titles less specific. 162 etc. (talk) 16:25, 2 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
WP:CANSTATION doesn't apply, as this is a railway station in Belgium. However, per WP:PRECISION, the "(Belgium)" disambiguation is unnecessary. Useddenim (talk) 23:42, 3 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
PRECISION means that Belgium is necessary, since the one in Canada is also a rail station, just that it is an underground rail station and not surface rail -- 65.92.246.142 (talk) 04:46, 4 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
