If you want to help by uploading the images, the ones for the regions are available at https://water.usgs.gov/wsc/sub/10xx.jpg, where xx is the subregion number (10 is the region number, and can be replaced with any of the other region numbers if you also would like to help with other regions). If you name the images from this water resource region you upload to wikimedia with the convention HUC10xx.jpg, then they will automatically populate on this page and fill out the red links (other regions would obviously need a change for the first 2 digits).
