This article references the "AM Prokhorov Academy of Engineering Sciences". A translation of ru:Институт общей физики имени А. М. Прохорова РАН (Prokhorov General Physics Institute) gives the former name as "Institute of General Physics of the USSR Academy of Science". So I'm thinking that these are all one and the same, in which case, we should probably be wikilinking from this article to the Russian article on the "Prokhorov General Physics Institute", but I'd like to at least get some further confirmation before actually doing this.
