  • Yes, I do think that there were multiple Entertainment Packs. I remember a friend of mine lending me Entertainment Packs #3 and #4. --Ixfd64 22:54, 12 November 2005 (UTC)Reply

Hi there are four microsoft entertainment packs, a best of which included only previous games, and a puzzle edition, which is on another page. I would also like to say that the combination done on this page is good, although it could be said which is from which pack. Finally, I want to point out that minesweeper was also included in one of the packs

Gameboy version edit

Was there a gameboy version? Im sure I saw one!

There were for "best of" and "the puzzle collection", i don't think there were for any of the others. Plugwash 18:53, 10 August 2006 (UTC)Reply
YES there was. I'm playing it right now. It is a Gameboy Color game. The game includes FreeCell, Tut's Tomb, TriPeaks, SkiFree, LifeGenesis, Minesweeper and TicTactics.
It also has a Windows 9x look, including a functional "Start" Menu. Games can be selected by either choosing an icon or selecting them from the menu, opened by the "Start" button. 220.62.244.40 (talk) 04:15, 13 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Wasn't there another game? edit

I'm sure that there was another game that came with the MEP. I can't remember the title, but I'll try for a basic description.

You are some guy and you go into a haunted house, to find something. You find out that there are monsters and such having a party. You find a mask to blend in and also you find a slab of meat. You go outside and see a big dog, so you throw the meat to the side and the dog goes after it. You also find a mouse hole and...

Sorry, that's all i remember. I'm going to keep searching for it. I know that I once played it along with Chips Challenge, Rodents Revenge, Minesweeper, Pipe Dream and all the other ones on the Windows 95. I'm certain that it came with the MEP. --Garfunkle20 13:08, 24 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

the game you are describing is "hugo's house of horrors" --69.69.72.132 02:32, 31 October 2006 (UTC)Reply
the game "Spring Weekend" is not listed in the article and I don't know why... 181.14.124.166 (talk) 04:30, 15 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Erm... thanks. I know that it's not in the MEP now. --Garfunkle20 23:41, 14 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Chess edit

The Chess application/game hangs at the end game on most Windows versions post Windows 3.x. Should this be mentioned in the article? Ok, I know that WikiPedia is not a software manual, but it might be pertinent to the package. --Tirolion 08:37, 18 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Solitare and Minesweeper edit

Why would these two games be in Entertainment Pack if they also come with Windows 3.1x? Also, if they're targeted for Windows 3.1x, why would they be released 2 years before Windows 3.1?

Why isn't there a version that will work on our xp and vista windows? There are a lot of people who do not like to play the more graphic difficult games. Some of us are hard game challenged.

There is a version of Solitaire and Minesweeper that work with Windows Vista, I'm playing them on Vista Ultimate 64-bit right now.Lmcgregoruk (talk) 17:31, 9 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:Chipschallenge.jpg edit

Image:Chipschallenge.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Image copyright problem with Image:Chip's Challenge.png edit

The image Image:Chip's Challenge.png is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

This is an automated notice by FairuseBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. --22:47, 19 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Footer template? edit

Would it be appropriate to create a template for all the games in the pack that could be displayed on the footer of individual game articles? --Lkjhgfdsa (talk) 17:51, 27 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hi that would be very appropriate

32-Bit Versions edit

Should I include a download link for the 32-bit versions from the NT4 source? Binarystep (talk) 06:56, 18 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hi, Binarystep. Make sure you read WP:EL before doing that. Then, decide.
Also, your "32-Bit Versions" is unnecessarily capitalized. Please make sure you write in natural English in article space. MOS:CAPS might help.
