I have approved this page, but hesitantly. I still think a lot needs to be cleaned up here, but it wasn't getting more improved just sitting in draft. The guy seems notable, having an article on French Wikipedia and being discussed in the media. But this is a translation of the French page, which was of quite poor quality. I have removed the most egregious BLP violations and generally cleaned things up, but more sourcing is needed. The entire controversy section needs to be re-written to be sensical, and neutral.
