I'm not sure what this means, and I'm wondering if it means something I don't know how to look up: "Working under Zhou Xinfang, he promoted the reform of traditional Chinese operas..." He's working in the Cultural Bureau in the years leading up to the Cultural Revolution; is there a subtext to 'promoted the reform of'? --valereee (talk) 13:36, 9 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
