Labour Standards Act (Japan) → Labor Standards Act (Japan) – This was the name of the page until August of this year. At that point, the name was changed in two respects. First, the spelling of "Labor" was changed to the British spelling. And second, the year of enactment was added. Following the "no consensus" closure for the discussion of a similar move, seen at Talk:Occupational Safety and Health Act (United_States), I removed the year of enactment from the page title. But I have only just realized that the Japanese government uses the American spelling of "Labor", and so the original name of the page had been right all along.
